Your plan's yearly total is split into 12 equal invoices, while each service is scheduled in the season when it does the most good for your home.
Shaded months show when each service can be booked. Exact visit dates are chosen on the scheduling step and confirmed in your agreement.

Every visit carries fixed cost: routing, setup, and travel. Bundling two or more services saves 5% to 15% on the annual service price, with longer agreements eligible for an additional 5% or 10% discount.
Plans have a 12-, 24-, or 36-month term. You can cancel during the cancellation period shown in your signed agreement without penalty; afterward, early termination is subject to the agreement's disclosed fee, with stated exceptions.
Yes. Silver Pine is licensed and carries general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Tell us within 24 hours of a visit and we'll return to correct the affected work at no charge. Exterior window glass made dirty by weather within three calendar days is eligible for one free re-clean when reported in that period.
No. Our services are performed outside. We only need clear access around the property and any locked gates opened, and you receive arrival and completion notifications with photos.
